I love newsletters. When I was at PushBlack, Michael Podhorzer’s Weekend Reading helped me understand the political landscape of the US at any given moment, so I could iterate and execute an effective Get Out The Vote program.
I could name about 15 more invaluable newsletters. And therein lies the problem: as a leader at a nonprofit, I didn’t always have the time or bandwidth to read everything I needed to. I wonder how much better I could have been at my job, and how many opportunities I missed because I didn’t have time to consume all that content.
Since starting Chorus AI and talking to our customers, I’ve learned I’m not alone here.
Today, we’re launching several new features to help you filter through the overwhelming amount of new information and intelligence that’s generated daily and serve you only the most relevant information.
Newsletter Support
Set up auto forwarding or manually forward your critical newsletters and updates to Chorus AI. We’ll automatically ingest, analyze, summarize, and organize them in our app, so you can easily
News Analysis
We introduced a new content type called Analysis. Take any news article, update, or newsletter, and we’ll help you write a concise but thorough analysis of how that news is relevant to your campaign, issue, or program.
News Source Filtering
To better tailor your news feed, we've introduced more control over the sources that appear in your daily media digest. If you prefer to avoid content from certain publishers, you can now exclude them from your feed. Looking for news from only specific sources? You can now create custom groups of trusted news sources, ensuring you receive news that matters to you.
What’s Next?
We know that social media intelligence is critical, so we’re adding social tracking as its own information feed. We’re starting with Instagram and then moving on to TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Have a social platform you’d like us to prioritize? Reply to this email and let us know.
Quick Hits
🌎🌍🌏 Our news monitoring just went global. You can now track native-language news from more than 20 countries around the world including Mexico, Brazil, Germany, and many more.
In addition to Analysis, we launched 2 additional content types:
We redesigned our in-app newsfeed. It’s now more user friendly and easy to scan the news.
In case you missed it, check out our new Briefs feature. You can create curated clips, internal reports, messaging kits, and more.
