Briefs: Our Biggest Release To Date

Despite the simplicity, readability, and utility of these final reports, the process of creating them is anything but straightforward:


We’re building Chorus AI because we want to use technology to solve problems faced by real organizations, campaigns, and the people running them. That means we’re always talking to customers. Through these conversations, we've discovered a common thread across nearly all organizations: there’s at least one staff person, if not a whole team, collecting relevant news and information, summarizing it, contextualizing it, and putting it into a report that’s shared with some combination of external and internal stakeholders.

Despite the simplicity, readability, and utility of these final reports, the process of creating them is anything but straightforward:

  1. Time-Consuming Research: Staffers spend countless hours filtering through news, often overwhelmed by irrelevant articles due to the inefficient nature of media monitoring products that rely on keyword search.
  2. Hard to Organize: Tracking and organizing relevant news requires involved systems that aren’t scalable or easily shared among team members.
  3. Manual Synthesis: The manual process of converting the week's news into a consistent reporting format is time-intensive and cumbersome.

Today, we launched Briefs to solve these problems.
